SEE ALL

The Client Services Department provides oversight and management to the Senior and Disabled Services Coordinator program. The purpose is to provide for the provision of Service Coordinators who coordinate supportive services and other activities for our senior (62 years of age or older) and disabled customers (HUD/SS definition). These services are designed to help improve the living conditions of our participants that enable them to remain independent and avoid placement in a full-care facility to the greatest extent possible, while increasing their quality of life.

There are a total of five Service Coordinators located on-site at Edwin Towers, Parktowne Terrace, Charlottetown Terrace, Strawn Apartments, Woodlawn House, Autumn Place, The Landings at Park Road, 940 Brevard, and McAlpine. A key goal of the program is to create and maintain linkages within the community to meet the needs of our residents.

Our senior and disabled communities have undergone substantial change in an effort to enhance the quality of life for existing tenants.
